Here’s an overused realtor phrase that rarely is true, “better than new”. I recently listed a 2 year old home in North Vancouver, near Edgemont Village, which truly is better than new. Definitely not a spec home! It’s a stylish custom built home where every detail has been thoughtfully considered for today’s active family.
